The Bakers Pride SuperDeck Convection Flo Gas Deck Ovens feature a unique convection style heat circulation system that eliminates the need for fans or blower systems. The Convection Flo Series feature a parallel burner for uniform heat, and a heat control damper for top and bottom heat control. This allows perfectly balanced, consistent results. Other features include stainless steel exteriors and stone hearth decks. The legs and flue are included at no cost, and the deck height is 8". These models may be stacked together with similar size models. Legs are available in three heights: 30", 16", and 6". Fuel options are Natural Gas or LP Gas. Convection Flo models are available in single decks, double decks, or triple decks.
