The Bakers Pride D Series 10" Deck Height Gas Deck Ovens feature an extra high 10" deck, which means they are stackable by themselves, or can be used as a lower deck to the Il Forno Classico model FC-516. These ovens feature a ceramic hearth deck, top and bottom heat control, and are powered by a dual-burner heat injection system. 125,000 BTUH with Natural Gas, and 105,000 BTUH with LP Gas. Stainless steel exteriors are also standard, and the legs and flue are included at no cost. The deck size for the D Series is 48" x 36".
The overall dimensions are 65 1/4" W x 43" D x 59" H for the D-125 (a single deck unit) and 65 1/4" W x 43" D x 70" H for the D-250 (a double deck unit.)
