Blodgett 911P is a new model gas oven. This model has a stainless steel front, top sides and back. Other features include 7in. high baking compartment, counter balanced doors, heavy chrome plated tublar steel door handle, aluminized steel combustion chamber and baking compartment, mechanical thermostat, and an ultra rockite deck. The model runs at 27,000 BTU per section and features black adjustable legs. This oven has a stainless steel draft diverter or draft hood and a small crown angle trim. Single deck includes 27-1/2in. black adjustable legs. Double deck includes 19in. black adjustable legs. Triple deck includes 7in. black adjustable legs. Oven cavity only does not include any legs.
