This is a Blodgett S1820, Electric or Gas (choose when ordering), countertop conveyor oven. It features an 18in. wide belt, and a 20in. long baking zone. The exterior construction is stainless steel, including the top, front, and sides. Other features include solid state manual controls, 4in. legs, and a removable belt assembly. Mineral wool insulation surrounds the blower, heater installation, and bottom. Two single inlet blowers supply top and bottom air flow. Options When Ordering: This oven can be ordered to use a variety of electric voltages, NG or LPG and can be ordered as either a single unit, or a double/triple stack.
