The Delfield N8700D Series is constructed of one piece of 18 gauge stainless steel with .60in. overhang around perimeter and die stamped 19.87in. x 11.87in. openings with depressed edges. Formed well below each opening is 6.25in. deep. Each well will have an individual infinite temperature control and 1000 watt heating element attached at the bottom of well. Unit is equipped with .5in. drains, manifold and .5in. ball valve. Exterior is composed of 20 gauge stainless steel and insulated on sides and between wells with 1.00in. fiberglass. The bottom of the well has a 2.00in. blanket insulation. The unit comes equipped with individual controls wired to a control panel for mounting in a counter or possibly a remote location.
