Standard oven features include in-line tunnel construction, adjustable speed and time, hot recycled air system, guaranteed even baking, well insulated cabinet for cooler operation (energy saving), and stainless steel construction inside and outside. Exterior dimensions of this model are 173in.W x 50in.D x 53 3/4in.H. Typical model production per hour per oven is 60-18in. pizzas; 150-12in. pizzas; 225-9in. pizzas; OR 500-6in. pizzas (5 or 6 minutes). Therefore with this unit, you get 3 times the production.
