This oven features 4 to 6" thick advanced refractory elements with superior mass for high thermal resistance, 12" x 12" industrial bakers hearth tiles, a digital or mechanical temperature gauge, cast iron door, metal entrance plate, and a hood designed to remove smoke and odors efficiently. This model is very easy to install and it comes with a complete installation video and booklet, operation and maintenance instructions. This oven has a five year limited warranty.
