Edge 40-VS Gas Conveyor Oven. Edge ovens feature a removable control can which allows for simple, fast, easy removal for returning to the manufacturer for warranty, service, or upgrades. This design allows a service company, franchisor, or an independent with multiple ovens to stock one complete control that can be replaced on a failed oven quickly without any prior experience in electronics or oven troubleshooting. The control can simple unbolts from the oven and is unplugged from the main motor for replacement or shipment back to the factory. All Edge 40-VS ovens use an industry standard ON/OFF Style burner.
Edge 40-VS Conveyor Ovens are designed to be stacked two high. Each oven has a 32" wide conveyor belt and a 40" long baking chamber. The VS stands for Value Series and is the most affordable Edge oven available. 120,000 BTUs
