Brand New Digital CTI 2500 Series model by Lincoln (with 31" or 50" belt)
The Lincoln electric Countertop Impinger (CTI) ovens put large-oven capacity almost anywhere you need it. Small enough to fit on most commercial countertops, but large enough to replace a half-sized convection oven or up to five microwave ovens. Lincoln CTI's utilize a 16" (406mm) wide conveyor belt and 20" (508mm) baking chamber; and can be stacked two high. They are available in 208v and 240v and do not require ventilation in most applications.
NEW Digital CTI (2500 Series)
We are proud to introduce the newly updated electric Digital CTI conveyor oven. The new Digital CTI is manufactured with state-of-the-art positive detent digital controls. The intuitive interface of the new "push button"control panel with a digital temperature display and four (4) pre-set menu options provides a 'simple-to-operate' end-user experience with consistent throughput. Temperature is adjustable from 90 degrees F (32 degrees C) to 600 degrees F (315 degrees C). Conveyor speed is adjustable from 30 seconds to 15 minutes cooking time.
The new ability to reverse the conveyor motor (right to left / left to right) from the control panel allows easy placement within different kitchen environments. Menu flexibility is enhanced due to an improvement of the adjustable conveyor speed so that it now ranges from 30 seconds to 15 minutes.
For a double stack of ovens, choose 2 in the item quantity. USA models are typically the 2501 (208V model) and the 2502 (240V model) which can be found at the top of the selection list. BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: The price range above is PER OVEN and depends on whether the oven comes with standard 1353 (31in.) conveyor, extended 1346 (50in.) conveyor, extended 1366 (50in. non-stick) conveyor or voltage model.
