With a 4 minute bake time, you can depend on Tandem to produce 272 x 12in. pizzas per hour (which is 20% to 30% more capacity than 32in. x 70in. ovens). If you need more volume, double stack Tandem and double the capacity to 544 x 12in. pizzas per hour. For those of you familiar with the ever popular 1400 series oven which can be stacked to two high. This Tandem version gives you two 1400 series adjoined and double stackable. You have a choice of 32in. wide belt as standard or can split to 2 x 16in. belts on either or both bottom and top stack. Included in the price is high stand and oven top with a single stack Tandem, or low stand and oven top with double stack Tandem. Natural gas, 120,000 BTUs per oven, 120V/1Ph/60Hz.
