Blodgett 1060 is a gas oven for baking and roasting. This model has an angle iron frame, stainless steel front, top sides and back. Other features include 7in. high baking compartment, counter balanced doors, heavy chrome plated tubular steel door handle, aluminized steel combustion chamber and baking compartment, mechanical thermostat, and an ultra rockite deck. The model runs at 120,000 BTU per section and features black adjustable legs. This oven has a stainless steel draft diverter or draft hood and crown angle trim.
