Great Oven
My name is Jim Galassi. My father Angelo and I own and operate Angelo's Pizza on E.71st in Cleveland's Slavic Village neighborhood. We will also be opening our second location on State Rd. in Parma, Ohio in the spring of 2003.
We've been in the pizza business since 1953 and in all that time the only oven we've ever used is a Peerless Multideck Oven.
"It is my opinion that you cannot find a better quality oven than a Peerless product".
Peerless will outlast and outperform any other oven on the market today including Blodgett and Bakers Pride! The Peerless multideck oven has many uses. We use it primarily for baking pizza's, but this oven is capable of preparing many other items to perfection.
We also agree that the best thing about this workhorse is that it saves space. Not many ovens can do what this one does in the limited amount of space it takes up. I wouldn't consider using any other oven in our new shop in Parma.
