For stainless front, top and sides choose stainless from the options. The P-17 deck measures 42in. x 32in. x 7in. This oven is double and triple stackable. The P-17 is built from the inside out with a durable inner casing constructed with a prime 12-gauge, hot-rolled base, 18-gauge sides and a 14-gauge frame. The exterior has a prime 20-gauge, cold-roller sides/top and a durable, 18-gauge door. The interior of the P17 is porcelain enameled with the exception of the 12-gauge, hot-rolled, steel deck. A unique feature of the gas sectional oven is the exclusive air pre-heat zone. Outside air is pre-heated to 67% of baking zone temperature. This pre-heated air goes to the final heat zone, directly under burner ports, to complete heating. No cool air enters the baking zone. Because the controls are under the door, the P17 series requires less installation space. The width required is 52in. for up to three P17s stacked.
