The Forno Bravo Ristorante Series is a line of ovens design exclusively for restaurants, pizzerias and bakeries. These ovens, made by Italy's largest and finest producer of wood fired ovens, have a wonderful track record for performance and reliability. The weight and thermal mass of these ovens are designed for the rigors of high temperatures and 24-hour, 365 day per year use, and there are hundreds of 10+ year old Ristorante ovens still cooking like they were

Constructed from 3" thick tempered, high alumina refractory material, these ovens heat up quickly and are efficient with wood fuel, reducing the cost-of-operation. The Ristorante's innovative cast iron door maximizes space for placing pizza and food in and out of the oven, while still retaining heat inside the oven. The Ristorante Series is available in six large sizes designed for restaurant use.

The ovens come with an enclosed concrete vent, large terra cotta arch and landing, thermometer, cast iron oven opening and steel door. They can be installed using either a Cucine Series metal stand, or can be built on a custom block base and hearth constructed at the restaurant or bakery site.
