To give your pizza a better bake on top, we have designed a special side baffle system using slots instead of circles. These slots push more heat to the center of the oven, cooking your pies evenly across the top.

  • 1” lip at the top of the chamber opening prevents heat from rolling out when the door is open.
  • 2” thick refractory brick cooking surface
  • Arched baking chamber for a smoother heat flow
  • Oven fronts and doors are manufactured using 18-gauge stainless steel type 430
  • Manufactured using 18-gauge aluminized steel both inside and outside
  • Thermostatically controlled from 300° to 650 F°
  • Concealed thermostat and safety valve behind vented control door
