 The MDO series of modular deck ovens features even heat distribution by heating elements that are controlled by separate thermostats, and evenly placed in the top and bottom of the unit. These units are stackable, up to four high, offering an operator the opportunity to easily add more capacity as his business grows. Although capacities referred to in the specifications are in sheet pans, a wide range of different pans can be had, such as four and five strap bread pans. All size pizzas from six inch to twenty one inch can be baked in these ovens with outstanding results. These units can be equipped for steam injection capability with a timer, and heart decks can also be added, making the MDO series very versatile.
