The Fastrak� conveyor ovens are great for making pizza, bagels, and hot sandwiches FAST and for heating finger foods snacks. These ovens are able to speed past conventional ovens, because they use infrared light as the main source of heat. The infrared light works similar to microwaves by cooking the food directly and not the air around it. This technique allows speed breakthroughs like 2 minute fresh dough pizza. Welded stainless steel construction 4" legs. Solid State Controls. Stainless steel 18" belt, drive gears and idlers.
