Pizzeria Series Ovens

The Forno Bravo Professional Series is a line of ovens design for restaurants, pizzerias and bakeries. The weight and thermal mass of these ovens are designed for the rigors of high temperatures and 24-hour, 365 day per year use.

Constructed using 3.2" thick vibrated, high alumina refractory concrete, these ovens are a efficient with wood fuel, reducing the cost-of-operation, and are available in two large sizes design for restaurant use.

The ovens come with an enclosed concrete vent, brick hearth arch and metal door. They can be installed using either a Cucine Series metal stand, or can be built on a custom block base constructed at the building site.
